Judge Maloney throws out McClendon's proposed settlement

The Township and Plaintiffs’ can try to renegotiate a new consent decree, but Judge Maloney made clear that any new settlement must be narrowly focused on fixing Plaintiffs’ alleged procedural violations, and not to “prevent any future body, no matter how fair and unbiased, from taking an action.”
